Freedom Voices Technologies was born in the summer of 2007 as a vehicle for bringing technical excellence to the local church. This can range from sound ministry training, system evaluation, room equalization, consultation, equipment installation and on to running sound for live events.

This area of ministry is about more than churches just buying expensive equipment and plugging it in. It is about developing a ministry with individuals that love the Lord and want to serve Him through this avenue. With an increased level of technology comes a need for an increased level of minstry training. Technology is only one of many tools used as a church labors to further God's kingdom. It needs to interact cohesively with the larger vision for each church body.

Freedom Voices Technologies focuses where most secular consultants and engineers do not: the spiritual applications of a technical staff and the development of the technical minstry. Freedom Voices Technologies offers these services at reasonable rates that are well below the industry standard while helping to support the ministry of Freedom Voices. About Randy Hayden

Randy is a committed believer in Jesus Christ and with a life-long desire to bring skilled technology to the Church. Randy has both a burden and a teacher's heart to help the Body of Christ communicate effectively, both before audiences and behind the scenes.

For over 25 years Randy has continually honed his skills in both technical and spiritual positions. As a boy he apprenticed in sound and lighting at his church in California, then traveled for several years with the Continental Singers, touring the United States, Asia and Europe. Eventually Randy became the Continentals' lead technician charged with overseeing the sound and lighting systems as well as training all other technicians.

Over the last 7 years Randy's love for technology has grown into a passion, and he has been led to help numerous local churches in Northwest Indiana. He has helped guide them, both by short-term consultation and component level trouble-shooting on up to the purchase and setting up of entire sound systems.

Randy has learned that the way sound technicians at a church relate, not only to each other but to other church ministries is even more critical than the quality of the sound itself. When Randy comes to explain sound systems he also emphasizes the spiritual application, echoing Paul's exhortation to "be of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose." (Philippians 2:2)

Randy's experience in sound technology, radio, multi-media production, electrical construction and professional sound consulting gives him a rich technical foundation. His experience in Awana, missions and Biblical church leadership give him a solid spiritual awareness of the issues that local churches face.

The goal in this endeavor is to help the Body of Christ blend both technical excellence with spiritual godliness. The vision is to help the Church move further toward its goal of growing into the fullness of Christ.
